5.     Copyright and Intellectual Property Clause

5.2.          Limited License: Genesis Pregnancy Support Inc grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the content and materials provided from our website or through our services for non-commercial educational use only. 5.3.       Restrictions: Access to educational files will be by way of a password with associated file restrictions and provided after purchase. Authorised usage of files is for a stipulated period that is renewable at the beginning of each calendar year upon payment of an annual registration fee. Files are not to be changed, edited, duplicated, photocopied, shared or permanently stored. Only student worksheets may be photocopied during the licenced period. If registration is not renewed, all files must be removed from all electronic storage devices and any hardcopy worksheets or files of any kind destroyed.

5.4.          Trademarks: All trademarks, service marks, logos, and trade names displayed on our website, services, resources, programs or documents are the property of Genesis Pregnancy Support Inc or their respective owners. You may not use any of these marks without our prior written permission or the permission of the respective owner.

5.5.          Copyright Notices: All copyright notices, trademarks, or other proprietary designations should be maintained and not removed from the Material.

5.6.          Termination of License: Genesis Pregnancy Support Inc. reserves the right to terminate or suspend the user’s access to the Material at its discretion, without notice, in the event of any violation of these terms.
